H.E. Mr. Chea Vuthy
H.E. Mr. Chea Vuthy is the Secretary General of the Cambodian Investment Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), and Chairman of the Administration of the Special Economic Zone.
H.E. Chan Phaloeun, Ph.D
H.E. Chan Phaloeun is currently Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF). She holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in Agriculture Science, counts on 21+ years of experience as an international project director, and chairs the technical working group of Climate Change Policies of MAFF.
H.E. Chheang Vanarith
H.E. Vanarith CHHEANG is the Director-General of the General Department of Policy of the Ministry of Economic and Finance. He oversees macro-fiscal policy, international trade, financial cooperation, and sectoral development policy, including the agriculture sector.
H.E. Mr. Suon Sophal
H.E. Sophal Suon has held a number of leadership roles in the public and private sectors. He is currently the Director of Public Relations and Promotion of Private Investment at the Council for the Development of Cambodia.
H.E. Mr. Samrith Sakura
H.E. Sakura SAMRITH is the Director General of the General Directorate of Domestic Trade of Ministry of Commerce (MoC). He holds a master’s degree in international trade and economic cooperation from Kyung Hee University, Korea. He is recognized as an expert in agriculture business, natural resource management, and business development.
Dr. Try Sophal
Dr. TRY Sophal is currently a Deputy Director-General of General Department of Science, Technology & Innovation of Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI). He has an engineer degree in food science and technology from Institute of Technology of Cambodia, a master degree in setting-up of food quality and food safety from INPT-ENSAT, France, and a Ph.D. degree in Agri-food biotechnology from UBFC/AgroSUP-Dijon, France. He’s an experienced researcher and project manager, engaged in policy development and implementation.
